Board Search Yields Placement of Two Senior Staffing Executives
The Challenge
An Apex Leaders’ client owned an established staffing company platform and had recently added a smaller Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company. Given the recent add on, the company wanted to find an experienced staffing operator who had experience scaling an RPO company as well as integrating multiple staffing agencies.
The Search
Apex researched and vetted former executives at leading staffing firms and zeroed in on candidates with RPO experience. Finding individuals with RPO experience with availability for a board position was challenging as most individuals tend to spend their entire career in this function, but Apex presented 9 potential candidates. The client spoke with 7 individuals and decided to place the board members below.
