The client started a sector thesis project to explore the digital forensics industry, specifically companies that provide digital investigative and retrieval services for law firms as they relate to mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. This is an area expected to provide solid market growth, given growing levels of digital data and cybercrime.
The Search
Apex Leaders connected the firm to current and former senior-level executives at digital forensics companies. These executives were vetted to ensure they had the relevant skill sets to help the firm better understand industry profit margins trends and their respective company’s approach to annual software development spending.
