As a Client Services Manager, Andi utilizes creative problem solving strategies and strong research skills to source just the right advisors for our clients, while ensuring that their needs and wants for any given project are at the forefront.
Prior to joining Apex Leaders, Andi worked in higher education at Boise State University and The College of Western Idaho. Their work in those roles included event planning, staff training and hiring, student supervision, and crisis management.
Andi has a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a minor in Music Education from Boise State University.

What I’m most passionate about at Apex Leaders:
I am passionate about working as part of a strong team that puts our clients first.
What I’m most passionate about outside of work:
I love getting outside with my dogs. I spend a lot of time hiking, backpacking, camping, and skiing. Getting outside and shutting out the world for a bit is the best way for me to refocus and find clarity.

In the role of Client Services Manager, Yila ensures our clients make high quality connections with advisors who can inform and guide their business’ success.
Prior to joining Apex Leaders, Yila provided paralegal and legal assistant support in a civil plaintiff’s side law firm, handling medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Yila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Portland and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Political Science from Boise State University.

I love getting out into the Idaho outdoors with my partner, Sean, and our GSP, Freya. I also enjoy hot yoga classes at my favorite local studio.

As a Client Services Manager, Tim leads projects. By taking a consultative, collaborative approach, Tim ensures our clients are matched with industry experts who can give the insights needed for our clients to make sound financial decisions.
Prior to Apex Leaders, Tim worked as a project manager for Jannus Economic Opportunity where he oversaw the emergency personal and small business lending program.
Tim holds a B.S. in Conservation Social Science from the University of Idaho and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sustainable Communities from Northern Arizona University.

Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with our clients and advisors. I also love exploring different industries through snapshots during the vetting process.
What I’m most passionate about outside of work:
Traveling and exploring Idaho with my wife, Heather and pup, Gertie. I also love spending time baking sourdough bread, growing microgreens, and exploring and enjoying Boise’s food scene.
